Well, that is a hell of the challenge.
I just have to make a list of those things....I mean adverbs that are used in Japanese...and which I am confusing all the time.
So.
たった今 (たったいま) just now, just this moment - 私はたった今出かけているところです。
今にも　（いまにも) at any time, soon, within a short time －　今にもはじまるそうです。
今から　－from now - 今からこれは君の係りです。
はっきり　（ハッキリ) clearly, plainly, distinctly, manifestly, unmistakably　－　v. make sure, make certain, verify
よく　（adv. often, frequently；　adj. (Kanji=善い,好い,良い) good, nice, fine; glorious; perfect; beautiful；　v. (Kanji=良くする) improve, make better, increase in quality；　v. (Kanji=善くする) go well, go over; be skillful；　v. (Kanji=浴する) bath, bathe, take a bath; bless; receive, get；　v. (Kanji=能くする) go well, go over; be skillful
きちんと　（precisely, accurately; cleanly, neatly; punctually; regularly；　v. be accurate; clean, neaten; regularize
ほとんど　（adv. nearly, almost, closely, all but　－　adj. few, little, not many, some）　－　彼はほとんど毎日ここへくる。
かれはほとんどまいにちここへくる。
ちょうど - just, precisely - 時計を見ると、ちょうど十二時三十四分五十六秒だった。
ぴったり - precisely, exactly; in an orderly manner, neatly; sharp - fit, be suitable -
どうも - thanks, short for どうもありがとう - very (sorry), quite, really - somehow - no matter how hard one may try, (not) at all (in a negative sentence) - greetings, hello, goodbye
at all, not one bit, generally not
1) очень, весьма, с отриц. никак; どうも有難う очень благодарен, весьма признателен, большое спасибо; 今日はどうも寒いですね сегодня очень холодно; どうもならん ничего не поделаешь; 2) действительно, в самом деле; 3) что-то, как-то

たぶん - 多分 - вероятно - maybe, perhaps; probably
によって - according to, in accord with; due to, because of; by; at - (Kanji=似寄る) resemble, be similar to, be akin to, look like
によると - according to, in accord with; due to, because of; by; at - (Kanji=似寄る) resemble, be similar to, be akin to, look like
について - about, regarding, concerning - v. (Kanji=似付く) become, suit, be like, match well
必ず (かならず) necessarily, of necessity, as a logical result, unavoidably, certainly, doubtlessly, definitely, surely
絶対に (ぜったいに) absolutely, completely
全然 (ぜんぜん) absolutely, utterly, totally, perfectly, altogether, sheer, wholly, entirely, completely, not at all
ずっと - consecutively, throughout, all the way; more, additionally
ちゃんと - properly, well; correctly; fittingly; justly; v. act properly, behave correctly, conduct oneself appropriately
やっと - at last, at length, barely, lastly, eventually
もうすぐ - soon, within a short time
もっと - more, to a greater degree
かなり (可なり) considerably, fairly, quite, very
できるだけ (出来るだけ) if at all possible
